What You’ll Be Doing:
- Washing customer's vehicles after servicing
- Delivering vehicles to other dealerships and picking up parts, keys, other vehicles after wheel repairs.
- Provide superior customer service as a representative of Destination Auto Group ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Greeting customers both indoor and outdoor upon arrival
- Perform vehicle video walk-around, inspection and assessment.
- Gather vehicle, tire, current kilometers, vin #'s and information required as needed when asked upon.
- Preparing vehicles to be in queue to go into the shop.
- Confirm basic vehicle information with customers.
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the service department.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to operate automatic and manual shift vehicles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Be able to work shifts, which may include weekends.
