What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist a team of 4 business managers with presenting and closing all financing and options related to the sale.
  • Assist with accurately and justly represent the client with all financing providers.
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
  • Assist with counselling clients regarding the purchase of insurance, warranty, and maintenance products available for sale.
  • Research vehicle liens on trade-ins or dealer trades; verify all vehicles have correct titles, tax and lien information.
  • Track and record sales performance accordingly.
  • Prepare policy remittances and sales reports for management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year experience within the automotive industry.
  • Motivated, customer-focused and a results-driven, with a passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Strong client relation skills, with track record of developing and retaining long term relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is preferred.
  • Coachable and open to continuous learning and development.
  • Effective negotiator and possess a great deal of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities within a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail is must.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite, knowledge of CDK is an asset.
  • Valid VSA License preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract.
